When malls first came out every city wanted one, as time went on it seem alot of stores inside the mall was not open anymore. Here in Topeka KS, Walmart is the big survivor. Now with Covid19 the small business owners cant open, but Walmart still lives. Now days I do not get out to shop any more used to be so much fun to go to the mall, now I dont think I would enjoy myself that much.

This is happening all around the world, and here in Spain also... A lot of business spaces are for rent because small owners will never open them again...
