Okay, something similar happened in Nigeria during the endsars protest. Internet was slowed down, even funds were ceased and fundraisers had to opt for crypto.

During that period I heard about the app (bridges) that use Bluetooth to transfer messages but it all depended on everyone within a location using it.

Everything is built on the internet. Would the government shut down the internet to stop crypto trading? I don't think so. Decentralization is more of passive aggression towards the corrupt system, so I think it would be an overkill. Plus they can't shut it down infinitely. The government needs the internet as much as the people do.

I see things differently. I don't think decentralization is a passive aggression towards the corrupt system. Not every system is corrupt by the way.

They can terminate your contract if they want to anytime.

Trust me, there's plenty they can do.

But that's not the point. Being free is.
