I have quite a high crime rate (20%). I sold the Shopping Mall because it got robbed two days in a row. The same could happen to the casino, so I'll wait a bit before buying those buildings again.

There is a way to make crime down to 0.00.
Get more police office, drone, robocop, police equipment.
Yes it comes at cost. But I have no worry about crime again since I got them

I have two police stations and unlocked Police Equipment Tech, but no cards yet.
When I don't buy Shopping Malls, casino's and banks and such I don't have to worry about the high crime levels for now.
So I'll stick with buying farms for a while to increase my daily income.
