Exactly. Thanks for your reply. What I find to be an important concept to deal with loss and sadness is mourning. Many things are sad, right. Yet we can do something about it by mourning. The grown up rule herewith is: Do no harm. So we can do this privately and with like-minded friends, reflect on it, and then bring joy back into the equation.
