Market Square Spring Fest, held for the first time in San Antonio's Historic Market Square, begins on Saturday, March 9. The Highlands and Islands Music and Dance Festival, which started in February 1984, took a two-year break due to the Covid epidemic and is expanding its program again after the break and will start on Saturday, March 9.
