Good luck with that. I don't know if we can ever see a huge enough power down for that. But it may be possible if there are a few more side chains and the APR there is greater than what you get from curation rewards.
Also there is the chance that there are people just staking for the project blank airdrop. We might start seeing some power downs once the snapshot is taken.
