For some reason, I don't think ETH will affect it as much. I think the reason why LEO dropped so much is because there is just too much liquid LEO out there. Some people powered down for bLEO and I don't know if they dumped everything in CUB or not.

Good luck with that. I don't know if we can ever see a huge enough power down for that. But it may be possible if there are a few more side chains and the APR there is greater than what you get from curation rewards.
Also there is the chance that there are people just staking for the project blank airdrop. We might start seeing some power downs once the snapshot is taken.
