What happened?... what health problem did you have!!

I can't do 10 swats a day you did 100 almost a month, I mean 50, 60, 70 and few days exceeded 100!! Bravo!!!

I wish you all the best, you definitely will improve your flexibility and looking forward in checking those youtube execise videos.

I too strugle with health problems, but for now, I am flexible and agile because I stretch daily, same plank, stretches... I sometimes try pushups, fail mostly.

My core is weak is well, I can't do pushups much... because small arms, small person..shrugs...

But I am not keen in improving my core so much...no time but I would like to make time doing some fun stretches and yoga!! No time...anyway...

a few months ago I could not walk without this stick

even until today, I feel shaky and unsteady while walking. Body balance issue, some suggested me to check my left ear to some professional.

you should do some plank too regularly, it don't have to be everyday.
