Rewards On Delegations
Delegators are rewarded with upvotes from the 5x votes that are not used for the Awesome Daily Spotlight and the Awesome Daily Upvotes, each delegator gets 1 daily upvote according to their delegation share, and leased SP does not count, plus we also give @steemauto a daily 25% vote for their service delivering them.

Hi @flaxz. I’ve read this post in its entirety and I don’t mind about the current payout is being done. I understand about the gaps, so no worries about that. I don’t think it’s necessary to switch now with the last one you’re proposing.
Just hope you’ll get more people to support your project. I’m hopeful. Just be patient.

Thank you very much @roger5120, so the actual proposal is in the Discord for @thisisawesome, and to break it down.
Change to upvoting the delegators according to their delegation level, rather than just 100% to everyone since there are just 4 delegators to upvote.
The reason for this is that not upvoting according to delegation level could hinder more delegators to come onboard when they see that eveyone gets the same vote, plus that it is also more fair to all delegators, and it also gives incentive to give higher delegations.
It's also important in a more long term perspective if this is implemented now rather than having to change down the line when hopefully more people have come onboard.
Also including some tokens in the weekly payout, and starting with CTP tokens.
CTP tokens are now after HF21 what this project earns the most value in, including Steem.
And the payout will be 50% while the other 50% will be staked, this means more rewards to delegators while the project also keeps building it's stake in that token.
The long term goal will still be to deliver the 5x votes that are not used for the manual curation to delegators, when there are enough delegators to deliver them to.
In the meantime those votes will be used to give out smaller upvotes, 30% to 50%, in the CTPtalk tribe, that will further reward great content, and it will earn this project the best curation rewards value.
So this is the actual change proposal.
