Rolling the dice.
Life is a gamble and whether we act holy or not, we are all gamblers who unknowingly yet, willingly roll the dice for a chance at living daily.
I often hear people say, "I hate gambling and will never have anything to do with gamblers", well, the good news with your statement is that, you made it and the other good news is that, you are a gambler. Hehehe.
Life is a journey and we get to decide the path, the car, the train, the airplane, the boat, the lane and the sidewalk to take as we go on that adventure.
For everything we do we make do with some dice rolling in our minds.
Off the top of our heads, we make decisions in spilt seconds that either make or mare us.
Let's take a look at how dice rolling affects our lives daily.
To do or not to do.
Do you know when you wake up in the morning and you try figuring what you should do with yourself for that day?
That there is the moment of dice rolling and yes, it is dice rolling stop making it look fancy.
The decision making process is a Yes or No affair and when we have to choose between these two, we are faced with a decision to roll a 7 or not.
What to eat, what to wear, what to drink who to date, and when we should do all these are handled through a "Yes or No" decision making process.
In relationships.
Do you ever get to wonder how the decisions to get into a relationship is made?
The process is made through the Yes or No decision making process.
Wait. What happens when we fall out of love or relationships? We didn't roll a 7 and when we don't win, the house wins.
Investing.
Okay I made lots of big rolling on whether to invest or not and most of the time I rolled the not 7 number and it was a pain.
Investing has to do with the simple Yes or No decision making process. Getting it right or wrong is a function of rolling the dice and hoping we score the right number.
