Entrepreneur a good toolbox - startups pitch.
Dear Hivers
This is the new part of the article. Pitching is very different will result in good tie-ups.
Being able to present your idea, project or business in seconds or minutes is necessary both to convince investors, to capture the attention of a future partner or supplier, and to arouse the interest of a prospect. Because of this uniqueness Its an important tool for any startups entrepreneur.
Recently I have read a blog which talks about the pitch for an entrepreneur as being:
the summary of the history of his company
the trailer of his business the commercial of his company.
You will need to have several versions of it in order to be able to use it under different circumstances. It's the new way for the enterprener journey and talks . You will therefore have to adapt it according to your interlocutor and the goal pursued.
The few keys to any elevator pitch.
a hook : an affirmation, a question that makes you want to know more between 200 and 250 words for a pitch of maximum 60 seconds.
passion : your interlocutor must feel you are full of energy and enthusiasm
a request : at the end of your pitch you must ask for something an appointment, a recommendation, a business card, etc.
The different characteristics of an effective pitch.
Tested - before the pitch, impose a lot of repetitions on yourself and ask for feedback
Explicit - clearly present your business, your vision and your mission
Attractive - mix facts and emotions, bounce back on the news
Credible - explain why you are qualified and how you add value
Different - find an image or a metaphor as long as it is impactful
Personalized - focus on the interests and concerns of your interlocutor talk about finance to your banker, growth to a partner, solutions to a client.
Structured - the classic diagram is as follows: hook - customer problem - your solution - customer benefits - conclusion call-to-action.
User-friendly - make your business live like an adventure.
