illness and our mentality || what do you do when you feel ill?

Hello Dtubers,

Life is always varied, sometimes good and sometimes bad. Yet we have to try to enjoy life, acknowledging everything.

However, in today's video I'm going to ask you one more question, because I'm a bit sick. I have a cold fever. But I'm still in office. Because I believe that as long as I am busy with any works, I will find myself healthy. And as long as we think of ourselves as healthy, there is activity within us.

So your question is, what do you do when you feel ill? Do normal work or rest at home?

I ignore sickness from my mind and try to keep working as usual. My video response will be out shortly.

I hope you fell better soon. I try to keep from getting sick by washing my hands often and get plenty of rest.
