I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

Another fun family Tuesday mostly spending time with my nieces both indoor and outdoor as the weather was changing all the time. I didn't have any issues keeping my clean eating and overall activity remained quite low down to some running, walking with our dog & playing some basket. I did do one set of bench presses with an eye on increasing the weight again a little bit by the start of next week to contrinue progressing the overload.
