I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....
February for sure was a fail month when it comes down to my healt goals as I got way too cought up in both crypto and betting pretty much neglecting everything else. March is a new month and I will have another go at it trying to get in a good routine and being more aware on putting the right priorities. The idea is once again to take care of the basics which clearly give me the best results on the scores I give each day. Eating healthy, work out and sleep well. None of those I did in February and all of those I intend to do each day in march starting today. The plan is to go on a long daily walk at least 4 times each week with some crypto youtube videos I would watch in audio form to keep myself up to date while being active. I also intend to put more time in the kitchen, drink 3 liter of water each day and go to bed early without distractions. All of this for 31 days straight.
