Day 1025 | February Weight Loss Plan

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

So there are 16 days left in February and it's time to get more serious again about taking care of my health as it's been all crypto and betting for the last 30+ days which has got me neglecting my eating habits. I am now hanging aournd 68kg which is quite a bit higher compared to what I strive for and my skin also is far from optimal. So the next 16 days I will put a lot of focus on this again. Eating only healthy things and not too much, drinking enough, taking supplements, getting some daily exercise while keeping a better sleeping pattern. I aim to drop my weight down to 65kg which is not overly ambitious and should be doable. I'm starting today on friday and will be keeping close track by drawing a chart and I also have some water bottles representing and visualising the weight which I will remove as I'm losing weight along the way to hopefully act as extra motivation.
