As many of you know, PIZZA is one of the fastest growing tokens on the second-layer here at HIVE. Not only has PIZZA exploded past 3,000 wallets (3,421 at time of this post) but we've seen incremental price increases leading to over 300% gains for some holders.

PIZZA token was originally built around the idea of engagement and bringing people together... but development never stopped there. Since then, we've built a powerful set of tools and features that are helping build more value in HIVE and in PIZZA and we continue to bring people together over common interest!

We're hoping folks take a moment to learn more about what we're doing. Here is a quick run down of some of the cool stuff going on over at PIZZA token:

Games

• Game Servers
  • We are actively hosting and developing several video game servers built and tailored for the HIVE community. We use these game servers not only to have fun with other Hivians, but also as a way to introduce off-chain gamers to our awesome blockchain.
  • Some of these servers include but are not limited to: Minecraft, RUST, Starbound, DayZ, etc.

• Video Game Store

  • We've built a store-front here at HIVE for gamers who love PC games! We pass the savings on to the community and you can typically find great deals on video games using your PIZZA tokens or HBD for purchase. We're still testing the functionality of our store so expect our inventory to grow soon!

  • We're also further expanding the store to offer additional elements such as music sales (from local HIVE artists) and other various services that will be available to purchase using PIZZA.

• Game Development
  • We've started the R&D process on two games. One will exist on the blockchain and one will exist off-chain with on-chain elements. The "onboarding adventure" as we are calling it will exist on the website and off-chain to allow easy discovery and use by non-HIVE gamers. As gamers level up and unlock "awards" and "collectibles", they will need to register and join HIVE in-order to collect.
  • We're also working on a fully on-chain game and a few other sweet ideas! Join our DISCORD to learn more about those 😉

Finances

• There are several ways to begin earning passively through PIZZA and through our partnerships.
  • Delegation APR - Farm PIZZA tokens for daily returns by delegating your HP to our @hive.pizza curation account! Every 10k delegation the account receives, our daily rewards pool increases an additional 10 tokens that are distributed to our delegators based on their share of the total delegation. The more you delegate, the more you can earn daily!
  • Staking Rewards - We have an extensive lottery system that offers both daily and weekly rewards to holders who have their tokens staked. Each day our bot randomly chooses a lottery winner who receives up to 5% of the PIZZA holdings back and each weekend we have a large Tiered lottery system that can see up to 10% APR back in rewards for our top 10 Leaderboard holders.
  • VFT Partnership - We have a great partnership with VFT Labs and their VFT Farm. You can now farm VFTs daily by depositing your PIZZA tokens into the PIZZA farm. Rewards are sent automatically to your wallet.

Community

• We have a fast growing Discord full of active chatters and overall fun people where we hang out, chat about various topics, and even announce contests and giveaways. Not only have we built a quickly growing Splinterlands guild through our Discord, but we're also starting to talk about more community activities to further bring active people on the chain together in new and exciting ways. Witness

Last but not least, we are an active witness. We run nodes for HIVE, Hive-Engine, and DLUX to help power and process blocks.
