HiveHustlers Update for August 2021

Hello everyone! It’s been a while since our last HiveHustlers and Hivecommerce update.

Lot of things have been happening and with just life getting in the way sometimes, we had to kind of push some things around.

Well now that I have taken some time and a long vacation, I am ready to get back to action! There is certainly more focus going to be put into curation from the @hivehustlers account to help build the numbers for the COM payouts. I have been lazy with this.

I am going to be out in force with the @hivehustlers account curating the Hustler community as well as our partner communities, Hivelist, CTP, Weedcash, and LEO! We are still working on building a decent LEO stake so that we can get a bigger build up for payouts, because we still have that planned in the future.

Trying to still figure out the best way to go about this. I have been playing with a couple of different things, but not getting the results I want. It may be a situation where we manage it by doing a pay per post type of situation and we would set up a direct payment button using Hivepay so that payments go directly to you. Still trying to figure out the best way to go about it all really. Learned allot of lessons building the Hivelist store and don’t want to get as complicated with this one. I wanted to have it out already, but with everything going on, it kind of hit the back burner.

HiveHustler/Hivecommerce payout amounts

I have sat down and done the calculations for the Hivecommerce Payouts, I know, bad dude… I needed to get this out allot sooner, but life you know…

How the formula works:

Token holdings after time period (should be 30 days, but this time was 90). We then divide that by 2 for staking, then we divide it by the time period to get the base for our daily payout. We then divide that number by 1.5 to get the daily payout. The remaining tokens from the 1.5 calculation are left in the wallet as a reserve. We had to dig into our SIM reserve quite a bit due to the outrageous taxes going on in DCity, so this little cushion came in handy.

The other half of the holdings we use to either add to the stake or in the case of SIM, we will either add to our DCity collection or we will sell it into Hive to add into our Hive Power. We will then use the Hive power to delegate to @leo.voter account and to @hive.pizza. Those guys have really stepped up their game for the Hive community and we are using some of their tools on our site, hivehustlers.com, hivelist.io, and coin-logic.com. As well as on weedcash.org, and naturalmedicine.app. We will be looking to build up a holding in PIZZA to add to our COM payouts in the future! I want to support their efforts by delegation to them from the @hivehustlers account in addition to my account. So welcome to the HiveHustlers family guys!

So based on this, here is how the formula works out…

SIM 81478 / 2 = 40479 / 90 = 452.655 / 1.5 = 301.77
CTP 686 / 2 = 343 / 90 = 3.811 / 1.5 = 2.54
LIST 164 / 2 = 82 / 90 = .91 / 1.56 = .6
WEED 130 / 2 = 65 / 90 = .72 / 1.5 = .48

SIM - 301.77 per day
CTP - 2.54 per day
LIST - 1 per day - edited due to contract needing at least 1 token to split up for distribution
WEED - 1 per day - edited due to contract needing at least 1 token to split up for distribution

I will also be adding and updating these numbers on the Token Economy page on hivehustlers.com.

All other tokens will be sold into swap.hive that will then be sent to our Hive wallet for powering up and using for curation, delegation, and market lending on Dlease.

These numbers will be updated as of today, Aug 2, 2021, but if I keep having troubles with setting up the FTP on this new computer, then it will be tomorrow, and will be re-evaluated on the 2nd of Sept.

Invested in UTOPIS

So I made a trade this week for the @hivehustlers account. We traded some HUSTLERM for some UTOPIS on an OTC trade with @chronocrypto. We are now invested in his project, UTOPIS! This dude is a true hustler and I want to support his project! This project pays out Hive on a weekly basis that we will be adding to our Hive Power, which will help increase delegations to LEO and PIZZA.

I am excited to help support these awesome projects with our community! Keep it up!
