The Political Post - Game update
I created a game to go along with the idea of a Political post newspaper office, but there wasn't much to do since it was literally just for the screenshot. So I built a doorway to the basement.
Here a small computer spits out coins, and you can feed them to the statue. Once you have a high enough score I think you will gain access to another floor. Any ideas what else the player can do?
I have built a few other free fun games. The Canadian Pub let you try three levels of difficulty serving beers and cleaning up after a noisy pub of Orcs up in Canada.
My favourite though has to have been the Space game. Version 3 is still so much fun to play.
This one was by far my favourite and still is to play from time to time.
When I renew my web hosting I will upload all these games again.
Ok last update for now, I added more mining rigs throughout the post.

I don't have access to the OpenAI API, but there is an Android app I've been playing around with called Replika that uses it

Yes, normally I would have a link so you could try it, but at the moment I haven't renewed my web hosting. I created it last month and started working on it again last night. Right now I am sort of optimizing the game numbers. I really want to get this and other games I have made gamified on Hive. I felt creative today so I started working on it again.
At first it was just the office on the top floor. Now you can study up there, or go into the basement where you can sleep and feed coins from the PC into the Statue. The shards give you a multiplying factor when you study. This player character has a newspaper and this is the office where he works. Maybe I will add a news room floor full of other NPCs. Maybe a clock to show the time of day. Might not be worth all the effort but I have lots of ideas.

I wrote a bit before https://peakd.com/hive-179804/@darkflame/foundational-perspectives-the-political-post It was kind of a first person narrative, but the idea is that the player is me, someone who moved away from home at one time to find their success in the big city, and making of it what they can. It's a newspaper called the political post and I don't know if I can write it all. If you want to be a character I will make a sprite for you. Any requests?

cool I am glad you found that post helpful! Since we started here I wanted to make lots of graphics to make Hive interesting.
@darkflame the statue should say "The Matrix Wants you" then have a static sound lead onto the mission, which is Answer the Call.
