'Due Diligence' you say.....
What is that? How you do that? and Why do I need to do that?

These are all good questions ........

Due Diligence

This is when you thoroughly research before you do or buy. This is the simple version and to the point.

As for why? ...... Here's a short story.....

Back in November 2020, I decided to build a website. I did do some research but not enough. I was thorough and I made a snap decision just because I just wanted to get it done.

Well now I'm in the middle of transferring my new website and domain to a new provider because they offered the same thing for less. And I not talking just a $2 or $3 a month but how about like $7 a month.

I just cut my cost more then 50% just by doing a little more research.

It could save you time and money that's why it's soooo important to do your due diligence because it can save you in the long run.

Had I spent a little more time on my research instead of jumping at the first good sounding thing to come along I wouldn't be out of quite a few dollars now that I could have invested in other areas of my business (like CTPTalk and Hive).

It was a great deal to start out but would have cost me more then twice as much in a years time.

Because of length of time I will get no refund from the previous provider, approx. $80 and then I had to spend $14 with the new provider, that was for transferring the hosting for 1 month and transferring my domain name.

So remember to do your due diligence before you jump into something new.......
