Being self-motivated sometimes goes a long way
Good to be back. It's been more than 15 days I last penned down my thought and this is something I needed.
For most of those days that I wasn't writing, I felt helpless and most times I feel like I am drowning but I allowed myself to continue to drowning due to how effortless it appears.
But I was dying within and I know that the only way out is to pen down something.
Well for starters who might be coming across my blog for the first time, I love writing and I find it as an extension of what I want to say to the world but then I use the hive platform as a medium to reach a wider audience while also learning.
Over the years I have forgotten why I started writing in the first place, I wrote because u love it and brings smiles to my face to read my content but along the way I let the money I make from it overshadowed why I started in the first place.
So when the money started failing to come in, I started drifting out of the writing game and even attempted to end it all together but then I remembered why I started in the first place.
So a quick advise, motivate yourself by reminding yourself why you started walking any path you are in now and regardless of whether you have achieved that reason yet or not, never forget that and keep moving.
Glad to be back and I hope I am welcomed once more
Nice to see you back! Focus on the fun, enjoy what you are doing... If you like to write, write... Don't pay attention to noise all around...
It's good to have goals to motivate you, but don't forget to enjoy your journey... Money comes and goes, but time will never go backward... ;)

Welcome back! I am glad you found your passion again. Writing is very rewarding in itself. It allows you to express yourself in a unique way that no one else can duplicate. :)
Sometimes, we all get distracted by other things & those aren't always good distractions. But as you are doing, we can redirect & realign with our path again. When we focus on giving value & enjoying the process, the money will follow.
