Everybody Has a Bad Day Sometimes

Yesterday, I had "one of those days", when nothing goes as it should... When you get up on the wrong foot and the whole world starts to go down from the very beginning of a day...

It started with one problem, that I have fixed relatively fast and it was almost done, then the other one came... and another one... and another one... At that point, I was missed my usual daily schedule and I start to begin anxious, angry and who knows what more...

The negativity which came from the "outer-world" started to bounce back from me to my environment... That is usually a sign that I should pull back and "clean" myself...

Everyone has it's own method to cope with these kinds of things... I think that no human in the world hasn't had a "bad day"... To be honest, it is not a problem to have one, it is the problem to find a solution to cope with it...

Generally, it is no a day that it's bad, it is our perception of that day... My "method" for "bad day survival" is simple... I try to do all the stuff that I had to do and try to keep things as simple as possible... I usually go into the "lock-down phase" to spare my surroundings from my negativity...

The day comes to its end, I go to sleep... and reboot happens... :)

New day, new opportunity, positive vibes at the beginning of a day... and topic for this vlog! Win-Win!

The system isn't that complicated... If you want to catch the "fast lane", you should buy a bit of LBC and SUPPORT every new video that you create.. when your next video is out, you remove the support from the old one, and support the new...

and just repeat the cycle... ;)

Maybe I will create a kind of tutorial about it, but you can find on LBRY a bunch of tutorials...

I've been in your situation on Lbry some weeks ago. I started to collect rewards wherever possible and then I supported my videos with them. Now I've collected about 700 Lbc. I now support my new videos with 700 Lbc for about a day. Then I put the support on my channel. My followers have increased a lot like that. I have now about 140 followers just thanks to supporting my channel.

Yes, we have all had days like this, you just want to go back to bed and start over. I have even had them back to back before but the great thing is we all have the ability to turn things around and be positive no matter how bad things get.

You are right about turning back them to positive... But that is the hardest thing to do when you are full of negativity... That's why sleep is so important (at least for me), as it helps a lot with "returning" to balance...

When you are stuck in a bad circle with negativity and bad things happening, it's not always easy to find a way out. For myself I realised that the best thing is to acknowledge that I have a bad day. I start by telling my wife that I have a bad day and I say sorry in advance for my behaviour ;-). Then I go for a run in the forest. This helps me a lot.

I think that everybody has to find his own way out of this circle. The most important is to find a strategy for a way out.

Well, I have to say that I'm doing exactly the same as you said... lol...
I knew that day is shitty... isolated myself from others to not spread it more... and just admitted to myself that it is, as it is...
Tomorrow morning, rebooted everything and started the new blank paper... (as it is visible from the video) :)

That is a neighbor town's port, but I get there by foot... 3-4 km from my home, as I live on the edge of my town... :)

A pleasant walk on the seaside there and back is around 7-8K Actifit steps... almost my daily route :)

That's quite the walk! You must be quite fit if you walk 7 Km every day ;-)

lol... I'm far away to be fit... lol... But, Actifit is literally saved my life, as I wasn't moving from my house before I started using it... Sometimes it passed 4-5 days that I wouldn't go out of the house... and that's bad...

Thanks for a great video Zoltan, and yes we all do have bad days, and as you said we just push through and get a better day tomorrow after a good rest, and it's beautiful at the shore, and nice progress on your goals, stay awesome.
