Making friends is easy but maintaining friendship is a very difficult task. Although I was not aware of this special day, but when congratulatory messages started pouring in through social media and WhatsApp, it came to know that tomorrow friendship day was being celebrated. The truth is that the definition of friendship is changing. It is limited to social media platforms only, in reality hardly anyone would think seriously about it. Yesterday I helped a friend who was suffering from a serious illness. In fact, he had borrowed money for medicine. Those who had given money to my friend suddenly came to his house and started pressurizing him to return the money. In the end, I took the responsibility by interfering and freed my friend from this problem. In the evening I came to know that today friendship day is being celebrated. Unintentionally right but on this friendship day I did a good deed. There are some such things that we need to learn in life. Our friendship should not be limited to only social media platform youtube whatsapp but should really help when needed. Maybe that's why it is said that if your friend is progressing then say proudly that he is my friend. If he's going through a tough time, say I'm his friend. The word friendship is like an unbreakable bond which is made of feelings. Friends may be few but keep the faith full.
