Reminiscing the Warmth of E. Moreno Resort thru Photographs

Coming from the Zoo in Vigan, we drove for 2 hours or so to meet my sister's friend who invited us over to have lunch at their house in Santa Lucia. After that, they recommended we check out the E. Moreno Recreational & Beach Resort which was probably a 30-minute drive away from their place.

Here's a view of the entrance to their cottages and picnic groves. Along with it is the parking space for motorbikes.

So we rented 2 Kubo (hut) cottages and while the older ones in our company rested, we the younger ones (😜) went swimming. We were glad the waves were friendly so we enjoyed our time in the water. The kids loved it. I think they swam for over two hours while my little puppy and I left for the shower after some 30 minutes or so. There were no pictures taken at the sea though because we all left our phones and cameras in the cottage.

This is what the shore looks like from our hut. It was so spacious that you would think twice before leaving any of your valuable belongings anywhere without someone to watch over them while you swim.

Yep, the sun was about to set and the scenery was magical. Sand, people, calm waters, sunset, blue sky, some clouds, and what else?

These photographs were taken around 5:05 pm based on the timestamps. I just love the golden rays reflected in the water.

These, on the other hand, are a view from the access road where we parked our cows cars. It was 5:18 pm then. I was drawn to the palm trees and couldn't resist taking some snaps.

We were taking a stroll along the area when we noticed some people swimming farther away. I think that part of the beach is free. There were no huts or cottages.

And one more shot before we hopped into the car and drove away. We noticed that more people were arriving at that time. I think they prefer to swim in the evenings when the temperature is much cooler. I believe some of them spent the night on the shore.

We could have stayed a little longer to watch the setting sun until it disappeared in the horizon but we needed to bring my sister's friend and her family back to their house. It's getting late, they said.

The time was 5:37 pm when the below shots were captured. We were already leaving then...

I kinda love these silhouettes of people (snapshots from our video file). They were just standing by along the roadsides. There were lots of motorbikes too. Some of them were wearing the same vests. I guessed that they were there to make sure everyone was safe.

It was nice to have set foot in that beautiful place, enjoyed its waters, and even felt the warmth of its sunset. We are thankful of course that we were able to create memories there which we have added to our respective memory banks.

Thank you and until next time!

Both sunrise and sunset are very beautiful especially when one goes to a place where everything is clearly visible.

Yeah, just amazing how nature displays its beauty. The sea is far from our place so it's always special when we get to visit one.
