No I don't but it sure seems like a weird system but I guess taking random people across the world is fine. However laws tend to be limited to certain countries and etc so I don't know about its effectiveness.

For example, if someone cheats you out of 100 dollars, here you can have justice.
Ah ok then it makes sense. Those small trials aren't worth going through the legal system.
