AlphabetHunt for Letter T

It's time of the week for some T hunting.

Please join me as I hunt for this week's #AlphabetHunt for Letter T.

TUNA

img_0.8000399277459334.jpg

We had visited the tuna capital of the Philippines in General Santos City, and true enough we had seen gigantic tuna fishes that weigh far more than me!

img_0.3329484627326728.jpg

The sight was both thrilling and fearsome, as my imagination had gone wild seeing those giants of the deep.

TEA

img_0.6407930047012784.jpg

I enjoy steeping my very own moringa tea. This tea is prepared by myself from the scratch--from picking of moringa leaves, sundrying and roasting.

Moringa is dubbed as a miracle tree, not only because of its medicinal properties--leaves, bark, flowers, fruit, seeds, and roots are used to make medicines, but also of its nutritional benefits. It contains many healthful compounds.

So, almost everyday, it's nice to pause and have some moringa tea.

TOMATO

img_0.14710288175324623.jpg

Tomato is one of the plants that we grow in our garden.

img_0.4625375569528382.jpg

My parents would often tell friends, and even my little one, that tomato is an all time favorite of mine. Back when I was still in the crib, they would just give me tomatoes to munch in, and before they knew it, its gone! Hahaha!

img_0.522947878040886.jpg

Tomatoes are very versatile. I think never a day passes by without me having it. Be it on a salad, omelet, stew, or even sauted meals! So yes, I think I agree with my parents that this one is my personal favorite.

TURKEY

img_0.8694417876607284.jpg

We went to a farm of a friend when we met this turkey who was angry at us! I find his antics rather amusing than scary. Hahaha! 😁

img_0.9708779150463117.jpg

So, I took endless pictures of it, showing its courageous self.

TOWER

img_0.48646066627499673.jpg

Cape Bojeador Lighthouse stands with a 66-foot tall octagonal tower. This is a cultural heritage built over a century ago, and is still functioning.

TURTLE

img_0.04242520914986979.jpg

I find this turtle pot quite cute. Hehehe. My friend is creative in making and painting this clay pot, and planted some beautiful sucs and cacs!

And I'd like to give a bonus...

THIRDY

img_0.013490747164122428.jpg

My son's nickname is Thirdy, because he's the third Abraham in the family.

And that's it! My #AlphabetHunt by @barbara-orenya is over. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I do. ❤❤❤

I know Tuna fish only as canned fish and these look so very huge 😃
Great T hunt post, @gingbabida, I like the lighthouse Tower most and the smile of Thirdy 😊
Funny, yesterday I was talking that I haven't seen a Turkey this week yet 😉

We live in an archipelago, so it is the norm to have fresh tuna (not canned) in the market. But the market we went to was exceptional. Actually, it holds the Guinness World Record for having the "World's Largest Fish Display."

Thank you for appreciating my little buddy. 😍

I forgot to mention that I know tuna steak which is delicious, but I haven't had one in a while.

You're most welcome, it was a pleasure for me, @gingbabida 😀

Wow! 😍 Your market looks so neat! 😍😍😍 Yep, the fish port in GenSan is huge. It's more of an assembly line. Naay magweigh, after that icheck kung unsa nga class ang meat, then kuhaan ug head and gills, tapos naa sad magpack for export. So, organize siya nga market. 😍

Thank you for visiting. I truly appreciate your kind words, and picture! 😍 Amping pirme.
