HOW TO CONTROL YOUR ANGER ISSUE

One thing about we human being is that we are easily or we can be easily provoked to be angry. Yea that is just the nature of human and a sign that we are human.

But do you know what one unfortunate thing about Anger as a personality that exist in its own is that It always causes damages much more than the good we want it to cause.

Yea we have every reason to be angry most time, we have all reasons to show our anger side, we have that reason to be hot tempered because we are either provoked due to people around us or by decision of people or by anything worth provoking us but the truth of the matter is In as much as Anger always show to be powerful, it can be controlled. Yea you heard it right. It can be controlled and that's one of the good side of Anger.

Today I will be talking about how we can control Anger so as you follow me in this journey to discover the hidden keys required of you to bring That Anger Personality in you that always shows, seems or sounds to be a bigger thing and always give you that impression it can't be controlled, You can definitely bring it under your control.

HOW TO CONTROL YOUR ANGER PERSONALITY

Yea you heard it right! Anger Personality. If you can see Anger as a personality, it becomes easy for you to control it but if you continue to see it as a Spiritual being, it looks much more spiritual to you more making it difficult for you to control it except only God Mercy (Well we all need God Mercy to control Anger).

(1). Run To God.

Yea that is just number and first way to control that Anger issue you always have. God is only the one capable of helping and guiding you in your quest of bringing that Anger issue under your control. You believe nothing is impossible for God to do but yet you keep avoiding discussing your Anger issue with your God, is that not absurd? I trust it is.

Run to Him. Expose yourself to Him and He will help you. Confess that your Anger issue as a weakness to Him and in His Mercy He will help you out.

(2). Determined To control Anger.

If success is to be achieved, it start with determination so also if you really want to control your anger issue, you must be determined at first in your heart that you want to bring this Anger issue under control.

And that determination will surely guide you during the process and discipline you to keep going even though the process of discipling yourself to control That Anger Personality might be difficult but it will help you to keep going.

(3). Don't react when Angry

Another way is to always shun the Anger personality away whenever it feel like expressing itself. Yes Anger has a personality always want to express itself in some certain cases and situation but one cheat about it is that you must not always react when you are Angry.

When you react when you are angry, you causes more damages and you bring more consequences of your actions upon yourself much more than you desire the good side of Anger you demand from it.

(4). Stay Calm When Having the Sign to Get Angry.

I guess this point is also linked to the second point I mentioned earlier.

Always stay calm whenever you signal that sign that you are just about to get Angry. Like I said earlier, we are all human so we all have the situation happening around us that warrant us to be Angry at one point but you need to stay Calm. By staying Clam instead of reacting in an Angry manner, you are indirectly telling The Anger as a personality that you are bringing it under your control .

When you learn to imbibe this four point, I tell you, it will become easy and eventually you will succeed in achieving that your dream of controlling your Anger Issue in your life.
