Working Monkeys via Ostiense
Hi everybody! I encountered this nice graffiti while in Rome, Italy. It depicts three monkeys working together in polishing a construction, perhaps the exact one on which they are drawn.
The old building in the photo is located Via Ostiense, 126, 00154 Rome, Italy. In 2015, the Ostiense District urban art project was launched. The aim of the project was to transform Rome's industrial area into a modern neighborhood and making more vivid old decaying buildings in the district.
There are many graffitis in ''via Ostiense" in Rome which were created by the collaboration of different artists, such as Blu, Carlos Atoche, Herbert Baglione, Sten&Lex, Agostino Iacurci, Axel Void, Lucamaleonte, Gaia, Andreco, Tellas, JB Rock, Kid, Acne, Momo, Sbagliato, Clemens Behr, Rero, C215, Sam3, Specter, 108, Borondo.
This part of the town wouldn't have definitely look that good without these interventions.
More information about Street art in Ostiense district in Rome you can find right here, a link I have also consulted when writing this post.
Hope you enjoyed the graffiti! Best!

Very funny indeed! It seems the author wanted to express the idea that the building simply needs refurbishment and provoke the owner to do it, and inevitably, destroy the graffiti.
Yes, this is a very good point.
