🥥 🥭 Fresh Young Coconut & Vegetable Salad 🥬🥒 Good Health 💚 Ital Recipe
This week our landlord give us four coconuts from their tree here in Suriname. After we drink the water already we had so much coconut meat. Normally, I love to make dessert with coconut, but today I would like to make a salad.
At first I don’t know if it will be delicious or not because I never make fresh coconut in a salad before. After I made it I tasted, and it was delicious. I just had and idea to make a new recipe to share with you all. I hope you enjoy it.
👩🍳 Fresh Young Coconut MSalad & Vegetables (Ital) Recipe 🔪
វិធីធ្វើសាឡាដដូងខ្ចីជាមួយបន្លែ
Ingredients
- 1 young coconut's meat
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 partially ripe mango (a little sour)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1 small bunch of lettuce
- 1 sprig coriander leaves
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 cloves fried garlic
- 1/2 lime's juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp crush chilies
- 3 tbsp olive oil
I cut all vegetables like that and mixed together.
I put beans, fried garlic, the vegetables, and mix all together. After I mix salt, olive oil, lime juice, black pepper, crushed chilies and stir until mixed well.
After that I pour sauce on salad and mix up together. Taste and it’s ready. It’s very easy to make and delicious always.

Oh, I hope you can have a good coconut soon. Here it is easy to theft but difficult to buy in the store. If we go to ask the people to buy them is expensive but dry coconut are fallen under the trees and own don’t care to take them. I really don’t understand about people here. The people in my country happy so much if have fruits for sell and we picked them a lot for sell or give free to some people not throw everything we can eat. If something has so much we try to sell very cheaply it’s better to throw them. But the people in here, if they sell are expensive or throw them away.
