I had no idea you had to blend all that stuff together to make Macaroni pie. We have the same thing in Jamaica, my mom used to make it all the time ,not sure what we call it though. Maybe just “macaroni” 😂. Nice cookings Jon,

Yeah sometimes I'll cook it all down into a sauce and then pour it into the macaroni....The blender works well for a quick mix.
Oh oxtail is my go to....Oxtail first and foremost in my heart lol
