Value Your Time Before Getting Busy

how are you? Are you very busy? Sometimes you get super busy. So you cannot do a lot of things even though you really want to do that. Sometimes we have free time. When you have free time, I think that's the opportunity to do the things that you wanted to do.
When you get sick, again, you cannot work properly. You need to take rest and medicine. So value your time before getting sick. Let's watch this video.

I told you before I guess that I am very bad when it comes to managing time, I don't know where my time flies actually, sometimes I feel I need 36 hours at least and sometimes I feel I need 10 hands instead of having two hands to finish works timely :P
