The more people that get onboard doing the Scavenger Hunts in Click Track Profit, the more value the owners of the programs in the hunt will get for participating. This means more owners will see the benefit of getting involved which means you will get even more exposure.

Nice video Mike and great to see you on 3speak, and yeah I have always had the vision that the traffic should be used to build your list, I am actually thinking about adding double points if people share their stats for their tracking and talk about how they are improving that, what do you think of that idea?
Thanks Erik, yeah finally 3Speak is being kind to me and allowing quick uploads. I like the idea of trying to get more people into the list building part of the challenge and the incentives you have implemented look like they will help.

There is no growth if we don't accept constructive criticism... It's like never listening to anyone, and just doing the same stuff over and over...
We are the community and nobody has reason to tear someone's down... It's all about helping, even when it hurts... How does that saying go? I would rather hear the bitter truth, than a sweet lie...
That is my thought also. I don't see anyone tearing down people only trying to give helpful advice. I guess people like to stay in their comfort zone and never change or grow.
Oh, yes... that is one of the problems... we think that we are "out of our comfort zone", but we are still inside...
It's a trap! :)
Critique is constructive, if people take it as criticism, which generates a protective ego, then they are not open to looking at themselves.
Some people react first and act later.
Throw ego driven sensitivity out the window when on a public platform.

I agree, it's your life and business and if you want to grow you need to be open to suggestions. I don't think there is room in business for ego, you always want to be learning and evolving and listening to positive comments will help this happen.
