I always say it @elianaicgomes - you are one of our leaders, by the example you have set. Your growth has been steady and the proof is in the pudding. You are consistent, by putting in the daily work despite, being a mom, a wife, etc. You are always learning, learning, learning, so you can teach us a thing or two or three and without question; you are a true action taker.
