Rambles and Addictions in Content Marketing
Hello Buzzy Bees!
I started by confessing my new addiction and went into the rabbit hole of Content Marketing.
Whatever is your goal here on Hive, either just building your voice, having a place to speak freely, or even building your brand as a content creator or online entrepreneur, you are basically making Content Marketing.
Creating content especially here on Hive is the best way to be seen and build your reputation and your following, and the good thing is you can get rewarded here!
If you are not ready for blog posts go small and go comment on other posts!

The issue for some is the time and effort. If you want to pursue brand building, getting followers, and all that jazz, you need to get to work. And not just show up one day and come the next week or month, you need to show up every day!
And it will turn out a good "addiction" :)

It makes me remember what happened when I first started. It sure did take a while to learn how to succeed but I am glad I have managed to get myself known lol.

I totally see the "addiction danger" that lies in @ctpchat and @leomarkettalk :-). That's why I limit myself to two or three visits per day. Without limits it can become really difficult not to loose half your day on them.
It is a fun addiction though! lol
Sometimes helps get ideas for posts but yeah can be very time-consuming!
The balance is important!

Creating a good quality blog post takes some serious effort and time. There's some where I spend a good part of the day building and then writing while others might be around a hour long. Still a serious time commitment but it's something I've fallen in love doing.
Commenting is an easy way to get started and from there after you have some voting power drop in and do some curating!

I do like create content but I've been somehow out of ideas lately. Maybe because I've been spending my content creation energy in other places too much plus being a bit sick doesn't help either.
Need to recharge!

Ah yeah the being sick will drag you down really fast. No worries though I hope you feel better soon!
A great way to spend that sick time would be to just relax and think of some new creative ideas to spice up posts or new content you enjoy reading and writing about that works well here on hive. I constantly try new topics but still remain on the core which is finances and crypto for me. Perhaps one day I'll write more about the business side when there's some more demand for that. Hives got a lot of room to still grow.
Even though I sometimes I'll go for "the show must go on", I've been resting and getting back to podcasts to recharge myself with content.
Business posts are always welcome in "our CTP house" ;)
You are so right about content marketing.
It is well worth learning if you want real engagement from people.
Videos are still a challenge but I will be stretching this month and include more videos in my blog.
Yes I am getting addicted also but there are worse things that I could be addicted to so its not so bad. I look at it like it is a healthy obsession.
