The Art of Coffee Drinking

The World Encyclopedia of Coffee book from Christine McFadden and Mary Banks provides a fascinating insight into the world of coffee. This book is an accessible version of all the things you want to know about coffee but is afraid to ask your barista. Xxx book is also the door to explore and appreciate the cup that you drink daily. So, next time you drink a cup of it, you'll get to know that there's a whole universe around it. Be ready to get into an exciting adventure.

Readers can expect to find history, interesting facts, brewing, tasting guides, and recipes on making coffee in other forms such as desserts. And specifically for coffee lovers, this book is a supplemental read to understanding the world of coffee and enrich knowledge on coffee origin and history. Even for casual and coffee lovers readers, this book has a recipe section that you can try at home using the only main ingredient, coffee.

The front page of this book is quite enticing. It makes you feel like you can smell and taste the coffee before reading the book. It gets more interesting as you flip through the page.

I mentioned earlier in a previous post where I found this book. With my love for coffee, I was engrossed in reading the book. I flipped the page to pages and screened as much information as I can get while enjoying a cup of hot cappuccino. I was ecstatic when I found out that this book has a guided taste for coffee. Sadly, as I also mention, the book is in dilapidated condition. There were pages that I could not read and missed out reading.

What I like about this book is that this encyclopedia is beginner-friendly. It is not intimidating and instead gives readers detailed information. After reading this book, expect to gain more knowledge on the world of coffee.

I love the part where it shows workers farming coffee. It makes me appreciate the coffee that goes into my cup. Many of us seem to ignore this fact, and it's such an excellent job for this book to point it out. I also love the part where I can find recipes with coffee as the ingredient. Thus far, I only know a little about the cuisine that is made from coffee. Even where I live, the most common way to consume coffee is to drink it. I have not met any traditional food or traditional meal that is using coffee as the main ingredient.

There's almost nothing that I dislike about the book. However, the book I had was quite shabby, and it wasn't easy to open the book. I had to carefully open it as it was an ancient manuscript that needed extra care.

I do recommend this book, especially for coffee lovers or if you call yourself a coffee addict. This book will take you to explore the world of coffee and appreciate the coffee that you drink daily.

exactly, they way our people appreciate coffee is by drinking it, either it long black, regular, or with milk. and the taste we look for is the bitterns. never care where does the bean come from.

hahahah indeed! If only we appreciate where it comes from, we'd know there's a massive industry behind it.

It looks like a super reference book. Pity it's in such bad shape, although I. Sure it is still in print if you wanted to get a fresh copy for yourself.

I checked on Amazon. There's even used in a good condition so I am saving up for that. I won't miss having that great book. I am pretty sure it will become handy too one day.

hello dear friend @macchiata good day
I love this infusion, I take it in different ways, I love it since I read a legend about its origins and discovery, I am a farmer, and I know how sacrificed it is to sow and obtain the results. I admire the work that the people who cultivate it do
I appreciate you letting us know the book.
have a beautiful weekend

Definitely. I don't think without those farmers and the workers, I'd conveniently enjoy my coffee from home. 😀

It is very true what you say,
It is admirable that they think about it every time you eat a delicious coffee, very few people value the effort made by the people behind the products we consume
enjoy the rest of the day
