Cixin Liu - The Supernova Era

(Edited)

Today I was in the best bookstore in Ljubljana, Konzorcij, to buy a specific book. Yet, this article is about another book. This one.

There is a part of the shelf, where the #scifi corner is, devoted to my favourite Chinese SciFi author, Liu Cixin.. And the only one that I know.

I've read his Remembrance of Earth's Past trilogy two years ago, along with two other books.

Here are two posts about the books:

Today I decided that The Supernova Era will go home with me. Judging from the cover text it is yet another global catastrophe story and how humans react and cope with extremely changed living conditions. It should be interesting.

The book is next in the queue after I finish reading Lord Foul's Bane by Stephen Donaldson, 80 pages to go. It will be quite a contrast.

Better and better

Have you tried Endymion from Dan Simmons? One of my favorites in SF!

Hello. I did read Hyperion, both books. They are great. Endymion is on the list, both books. Actually I had them in my hands yesterday since they were on a bookshelf nearby too.
