This Pub will open weekly with the purpose of acting as a place to meet, socialize, exchange information, get free stuff, you get the idea for HIVE's sake!

Want to be the face of this Pub's image?

We are asking for applications to create images for AteXoras Pub. Can be an NFT (donated to @atexoras.pub), or a direct share with all rights and exclusivity mentioned/negotiated with @forykw (the Pub manager).

Drop any intentions below mentioning the manager, please. For now, we will just use the same opening image, with some extra painting on it... for hints about any applications!

We can donate 10% of this post curation for applicants when using their image for example. I can also rotate between creator's images... not yet defined. Depends on what's coming.

🥇 Specials this Week - ❗NEVER MISS THIS SECTION❗

This week's special is... everyone should go nuts 🤣 Seriously! It does make people feel some adrenaline just by trying to go nuts, so why not? Adrenaline is an amazing free fun toy. Just don't get killed, please.

This week we have a newly updated section (that was pending for a while), under the "🤑 Crypto (HIVE-Engine and external)", so make sure you read that bit. More ideas are in the brewing process, mostly related to #games (for now), so stay tuned to that section for the next few gatherings.

News, news, and more news... we are not over, the "🃏 NFTs?" section was updated and we will from now on, at any time (random) decided by the team, giveaway (before the gathering curation period finishes) one NFT from the ones owned by the Pub. The decision on which one will be given away will be announced every week during the gathering by the Pub account.

Looking for transferring STEEM into HIVE? I just found out a quick one that does not require KYC up to a certain limit I believe... https://orinoco.io/#/registrar?affiliate=1c5ce26b (it's in Spanish though). Now is a great time because STEEM is above HIVE, so without any effort, I can buy more HIVE!

🤝 Sharing and Why?

Since the bound reason to run this Pub is to basically get more attention to HIVE within HIVE first, and then externally, it is obvious that sharing these gatherings will be important. Help out if you can.



This is also a place where potential new users can get quick attention. Hence, the Pub can be a great tool to quickly onboard more users. There are more people around, there are more eyes watching, etc.

👷‍♂️👷‍♀️ Looking for work?

The Pub is looking for employees. If you feel like you could help, submit your application below. We are looking for the following:

  • (active) 4 x Pub Admins (Core Team Members) - This will be an attempt to start building something for the AteXoras Pub. @forykw has other ideas but due to time constraints, expansion of those ideas requires a Team in order to go forward. And most likely the beginning of his Entrepreneur career? Who knows!
  • (active) Pub Helpers (currently unlimited) - These users will be given posting key authority and will be given the state of Pub Helpers on the Discord server. The idea is simple, help with what you can in terms of engagement or upvoting comments under the Pub posts (previous ones are valid too). Upvoting outside of the Pub is strictly discouraged (don't wanna say forbidden because you have that authority, but please don't do it) as it defeats the purpose of the Pub.

📶 Frequency

For now, every weekend (@forykw is on UTC+13) starting on Fridays with the intent of having the maximum exposure during the weekend time. Then, a few more extra days to cure the booze, and we are back again on Friday.

Hi @solymi, as far as the tokenomics, I only plan to change the lowest level (holders of 10 LUV), by moving the max down from 3 to 1 per day. Will do this next week some time. The other levels I'll leave for a while. I've got to think more on this and see how things go. It'll come down to this...is LUV being thrown out there too fast, too slow, or just right? Like Goldilocks. !LUV

The Pub has 36 LUV, so it should work... not sure about the levels, but if needed I can buy a bit more to reach an acceptable level of distribution.

#NFTs wise about Kolobok, I sent you two so you can start breeding. First breed a couple of times before starting the adventures. Depending on how much busy you were consuming CPU/RAM, this game might require at least 30 WAX on CPU and a relatively good 10kb of ram to play without worries.

with holding more than 60 you can distribute 4 each day.
For the time being that should be enough but as the pub grows it might need more later...

So a quick report as last week: @splinterlands assets gone through the roof. I gave away a GF cursed slimeball just 6 days ago...
Well next one is going to be a Naga Brute but even prices of common monsters are on the rise.
The game has so many new users per day and there is literally a shortage of cards...
Rental market made this even crazier.
Good old @risingstargame makes a nice profit on record staking for me: I have 40 k staked and daily I put 1k more and so far it made me 2400 starbits extra.

I am trying to build up our guilds sister guild. We are working on a human based DAO

LOL... indeed splinterlands has gone crazy... not sure what to think about not having put in more some time ago! But more important than how much I am making with it, is the fact we are reaching levels where many people outside of HIVE will get attracted to game (and by definition, other games on HIVE too).

This kind of picture, alongside the fact that you only spent 10$ to start playing... makes it very appealing indeed.

LOL... once the two chains are more intertwined... it will get super crazy fun. We HIVE are one of the most successful chains to integrate with absolutely anything. HIVE-Engine is the most live proof of that, then the games, etc. There's tons of examples.

That's why this chain is such an "I never get tired" place.

Well I stopped Kolobok a while ago because of the WAX chain expanding issue and the changes to RPlanet. It just didn't seem worth it as much to actually do it anymore.

Well it depends. I haven't checked the market to see if breeding and selling is worth it but you need more RAM for each Kolobok you have. Also the prizes take up some of your RAM as well. Given how your share of the Aether pool drops as most people stake, I was thinking it wasn't really worth it as much.

It's not much at all, but if you count on leaving it there staked forever, and make use of the spiking moments when prices go up for some reason.

At least not worth it for big investors... for small people to start using WAX it might be attractive.

To be honest, is a bit boring after a while... but collecting those rare cards really is making a difference the more days it passes. At least for the rate, I am getting to find them.

The issue is you need to have WAX CPU to keep the momentum going. And that will become an even bigger problem like EOS. Hence I am trying to think I am not going to do like I did for EOS, and I am going to book some WAX thinking I will have enough, later on, to rent CPU to others in a few years.

Not finantial advice.
