Hola @trotamundos ,para mi, hay dos cosas de las que dijiste que son muy importantes:
!."Si puede maximizar las emociones positivas y mantener una visión optimista, encontrará que tiene más energía de la que puede usar en otras áreas de su vida"
2."Los sentimientos negativos pueden agotar enormemente el nivel de energía que un torrente de indignación de cinco minutos devora alrededor de ocho horas de trabajo mental".
Digo esto, porque pienso que las energías negativas, tales como rabia, envidia,egoísmo, celos,etc... no solo van a disminuir tu energía, sino también van a minar tu campo áurico de una manera muy profundas, desequilibrando tu sistema de inmunidad energético, abriendo puertas a la enfermedad y si no paras esto puede llevar hasta la muerte.
Por otro lado si pones tu mejor esfuerzo en manejar energías positivas, buscando el aprendizaje oculto de todo lo aparentemente negativo, tomando en cuenta que nada ocurre por casualidad. Entonces tu punto de vista hacia la vida cambiará, aportando cosas positivas, elevando la vibración y fortaleciendo el sistema inmunológico.
