What can be better than strength training? I was super exhausted and tired in the morning. maybe because it was a busy and hard day yesterday. But after an hour workout I felt much better. Sport gives us power, energy and a great mood!

Yes, maybe it will be difficult in the beginning but when you will adapt to it, you feel much better. Even a short 5, 10, 30...minutes workouts have power and effect!

I have a lot of work to do today and I will start with laundry and cleaning :)
