Saturday habits...

I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
Happy Saturday!

I don't remember did I share with you my thought and plans or not.
Last week I decided to add some new habits to my life and schedule. Yes, I like to be busy by working on projects or something else. But, the rest is must be in that routine. So, I decided to think about new habits, which can help to take a rest and to spend the time usefully. So, one of the habits that I want to get to my life is reading or listening to the books. Also, I want to add more relaxing sport activities... Yes, maybe physically I will get tired, but I will get a mental recovery!

So, I am opened for any of good habit suggestions xD
