I just finished a 10.0km running that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
Hello!
I really think that I need to change my schedule and regularly run every morning!
Runnng charges with a positive energy, also running stimulates cells in our body, which create happiness vibes or something like that. I don't remember exactly how does it work, but I do remember I read it in one of scientific magazines...
