The process ends up accumulating control and power at the centre of the system. The system fails often. We’ve already seen the 2008 housing bubble burst. Due to the risk accumulation model at the centre of the system, a single failure endangers the entire ecosystem.

I have never think about DeFi as a preventive solution for future crisis... but you are right, it is!

Well, I will not agree with that 100%, as the "failure" was on all levels... lol... as you said it The system fails often...
