Excellent post as always, Achim! Thanks a lot for creating these "ON SPOT" posts!
Unfortunately there is no secret ingredient for that. It requires hard work and it takes generally some time to see results.
This is something that ALL newcomers to the platform have to understand and acknowledge... You will maybe write great posts in the beginning and you will not have a lot of "consumers", but these posts will stay visible during your growth...
But, you have to CONTINUE doing that + things that Achim said (engage with others in the community, promote your content on other platforms, etc.), and you will get more and more audience and reach...
It is a process and it will not happen overnight...

You are totally right about that. It's a process that requires a lot of work and consistency but I believe it's the best way to grow on this platform.
