Another great content from you, Achim! I have to say that I agree with every single like that you have written... and I mean ALL :)
What are the things that you need to think through most when you produce content?
Well, it depends... If I'm inspired by someone's post, then I try to ADD some value on that topic without "stealing" the idea of the original creator...
If I got an idea out of the box than I try to point out some of the major thoughts about it, leaving a space for the reader to respond in the comments... Not getting DEEP into the topic, just to fire up some discussion... and to make my readers/viewers engaged to think and share their opinion...

The goal of this project is to "highlight Awesome Content, and growing the Hive ecosystem and the CTPtalk tribe by rewarding it".
I think that this is a very important point. I'm often reading posts that I like but I don't find an opening to give a comment. Often I just don't give a comment in such cases. I believe it's a great way to favourise engagement to leave this space.

The problem with doing that (leaving space to others to engage) is that the reader/viewer should think about the topic to make a comment... and I think that maybe 10% of them make a comment...
As I'm sure that a lot more people read our stuff... not just those that have left the comment...
