Mobility Of Labour And Types of Mobility Of Labour

avatar

Mobility of labour refers to the movement of labour and also the ease at which that movement is taking place or takes place rather. One thing about the mobility is also that it can be occupationally or it can also be geographically.

To give you a simple explanation of what I mean, Occupational Mobility refers to the movement of labour from one occupation just as the word occupationally said to the other and the ease just as I said earlier with which the movement takes place.

This type of mobility is widely affected by a number of factors which certainly include the degree of specialisation within industries and also the restrictions imposed by the trade unions.

Most times the trade unions as a whole can impose restrictions and which will later affect the occupational form of mobility. Talking about the Geographical mobility, it refers to the movement of labour from one geographical location just the word geographical means from one geographical locations to the another. This type of mobility is influenced by climatic Conditions, religious and also political persecution, wage differentials, social ties and many more to mention of.

Geographical mobility plays one of the most vital role in the economic development of any given country. What do I mean by that? For example, Government efforts towards even development in a country depends largely on the degree of geographical mobility in that country.

Now, the spread of industries and institutions to different parts of the country for instance also is stimulated if there exists a high degree of geographical mobility of labour in the country.

Hello,

Would you like to come to our Discord and give us more details about why you consider spam an act of blacklisting perpetual spammers who farm with tens of recycled posts and informing the community about this blacklist?

Thank you

You would need to give me your Discord username with ID code. I will not find it with e-mail. There is a username with 4 digit code to identify the user. For example

No, I won't. Do you feel that your repeated messages about your blacklisted users are of any help for the community?

OK, the man has probably made a mistake, does he have to pay like forever for it by your sticky comments on his every post. Why does he have to come and beg you on discord?

I honestly don't see your service doing much help to the platform with these repetitive comments.

You don't even mention exactly what he's done wrong, you simply inform us that he is in your blacklist for... but never a precise reason. Maybe you should reconsider these types of repetitive comments.

Some might probably consider you spam as well. Or at least rethink the way you punish these guys. I don't find it fair that a user should be targeted by constant comments as such, until he comes on discord and gives you explanation, for a past mistake.

What are you the owner of this platform? I thought we're decentralized.

Again, I consider your comments spam and I won't come to no discord trying to convince you of anything. If you have anything to make clear with me or others do it here where everyone can see.

Just because after almost 3 years on the platform you are unable to do go to "replies" section in someone blog to look for the comment, it does not mean that the reason was not given.

Capture.JPG

Everyone who did at least basic research about how Hivewatchers work knows very well that we have always given a reason for the blacklist in the comment.
Also, the blacklist for the recycled spam is always accompanied by comments left on the abusive posts. Which you also refused to go and lookup.

Capture.JPG

Also, the community and abusers are always given the reason why some account is blacklisted when then come to ask in our Discord.
But you have also refused to do so.

Instead, you prefer to unleash your aggressive attacks on Hivewatchers.

I don't attack anything. Are you trying to make me an abuser too, @hivewatchers???

Why do you interpret my comment as such?

Tell me please in the first comment on this post where have you mentioned EXACTLY why this user is blacklisted?

And again, why does he have to get to you on discord, why not on an open post?

If there is an informative comment left by "Hivewatcher" account about the blacklist, then logically there must be a previous comment somewhere on the user's blog that explained the reason for it.

Also, if someone is unwilling to go to Discord to ask, they can just send us a comment on the blog to ask the reason why someone is blacklisted. But you refused to do so too and preferred to spread accusations.

Logically would have been for you to make those comments more precise.

We don't have to come and ask you what a certain user has done...who knows when to be targeted by your bot generated comments.

By no means am I encouraging spam, plagiarism or theft on this platform, but your comments are vague, you target certain users endlessly with them and I don't see any reason why they should come on discord and ask for forgiveness.

If his post would contain stolen content or phishing links then your comments would make sense.

Otherwise I see no sense at all in generating 'awareness comments' on this man's posts.

You should probably rethink these types of automated comments. The way I see it automation and bots have brought more bad than good to Hive.

Since "blacklist" marks have been removed from some of the frontends, there is no way to inform/warn the community about the blacklist being put not the account. Many abusers ignore it anyway and keep abusing as long as they get curation on their abusive posts.
This automatic "blacklist information" comments have been done like this since 2016 and almost no one has ever complained and we have mostly received positive feedback.
Also, logically it would not make sense to blacklist any abuser if nothing would change as they would not be marked as blacklisted and the community would not know about it.
It would be just pointless and nonsensical.
Except you and few other people, there have been only a few complaints and they almost always came from other abusers or abuse cheerleaders/enablers.

Why have you downvoted this post by the way, as many others of this user? What's the reasoning, or is it on auto as well as the comments?

I have posted you few screenshots few comments above. You might have missed it.
The user was reposting previous posts. Deleted old posts and replaced them with fallacious "error" message in an attempt to cover up the recycling. Probably thought that deleting it would make it impossible to search for.
The same activity has been done many times by many different users who tried to deceive in the same way. It is a very predictable activity that we have seen many probably hundreds of times.

Here is another screenshot from our database showing which posts these are:
capture.jpg

There were many more posts. We only commented on those recent ones.

You are right that "hivewatcher" comment could've improved to give a reason for the blacklist copied from initial ban comment. It would require annoying coding and fiddle with the database.

When labour is immobile, it will be costly and vice versa. Every growing economy needs a liquid labour (that is , labour that can move easily). In that case, monopoly would be reduced.
