Hiring Surge in IT this year in India

avatar

We have been dealing with the covid situation for last one year and now there are many industries who were earlier affected by the pandemic. Employment is one of the important segments that was affected badly after the lockdown in so many countries but now with the past few months things are improving. this improvement is because companies have taken the majors to make them advanced with technological solutions, especially in the IT industry.

IT companies have developed a kind of infrastructure that allows their employees to work from home while maintaining the same level of productivity and this is why IT jobs are again back in demand. If you look out in the job hiring portal or LinkedIn then you will see that there is a surge in hiring for IT companies despite the current covid situation.

This is a very good sign because the increase in hiring is going to help the people get this job and since they will be working from home so it will help them see from the infection. it is going to help both employers as well as employees because there will be no traveling for the employee and in terms of office expenses, there is a reduction for the companies. if we look at the bigger perspective then we'll see that this increase will make many people employed which is highly needed this time.

These days in job posting advertisement mode of working is also provided and most of the time it is work from home because companies are not in the position to operate their offices and get the work done from there. many companies have already announced that they are not going to open their offices for this entire year even if things will be in a better position.

It is not applicable for each industry but at least for the IT industry, it is possible because their work can be done from home since they do not require a big infrastructure and the majority of tasks can be done remotely. it's obvious that there are some challenges initially but after these many months companies have made the arrangement and found a solution that is easy to use and all the employees can work from remote locations.

TCS plans to hire over 40,000 people from campuses this year, while Infosys is likely to recruit nearly 25,000 people from campuses. Wipro, which has not provided a hiring plan, said it will onboard more people than last year.

Last year after the lockdown announcement many companies have laid out their employees because they were not prepared at that time and now they are hiring back because their operations are now it's stable and things can be done remotely from anywhere. so it is expected that in coming few months we are going to have a good rise in the hiring in India which is a great sign find a better economy.

Thank you for your time.

Hello @alokkumar121

Good news in the IT are for your country.
The technological area is perhaps one of those that can overcome all this compared to hotel, gastronomy, cinema and theater, among others.
Excellent reading, thank you for sharing.
Have a great day!
Regards.
