Some good tips here, I like:
It's not enough to work only on your own posts..... Set a goal for yourself where you read 3 or 5 posts per day of other people.
And would suggest 3/5 is the bare minimum for those just starting out.

I believe that to set an easy reachable goal with 3 or 5 posts is a good way to start. The more energy and time we spend on other peoples' posts, the quicker we can grow our influence and our network.
