A Simple & Fast Trick to Help Leo Grow! Part.2

A couple weeks ago, I shared with you my fellow shillers a fast & simple trick to help leo grow and hence help our bags grow in value. If you missed that one, feel free to click the link.

Now, here's another simple and fast one. In every leo post you make, try to always have a link to another related leo post, ideally from another user. For example, if you make a post about RUNE you can link to one (or more) of the countless posts about RUNE @khaleelkazi and @jk6276 have made in the past.

Too lazy to find one a related post? Don't worry, here's a quick way. Take for example this dcity post of mine from me a few days ago:

Now, I didn't have a good related post handy and I was also too lazy to find a good dcity post. So all I did was to google "leofinance dcity". And a very nice guide about the game popped up so I linked to it. It took me only 10 extra seconds or something.

It's simple. It's fast. And if many of us do it it can have a big impact on how LEO ranks on google. And better rankings mean more ad revenue and more coin burns. And of course more LEO users.

All of these tips are very helpful and over time we should be able to help the ranking to grow nicely. Having so many authors can only be a good thing so now we just need to spread the links and spread the word about leofinance.

You are right about this and internal backlinks can significantly boost a site's performance in the search engines. Thus for SEO score increase we should try to use external backlinks to other trusted and well positioned domain as well as internal backlinks help with the navigation within the site and build hierarchical information for LEO Finance

That's clever! I make some effort to link back to Leofinance whenever I mention it and also often reference my own articles. But instead of referencing the same link 5 times, I could indeed spread it out a bit. Will keep that one in mind, let's pump it!

I will be the first to admit that I am pretty horrible about back linking stuff. I will do it for reference and to make sure I have sources cited correctly, but I don't do much in terms of what you are talking about here. I know it is something I can get better at with practice. It will just take time! Awesome tip!

Absolutely GREAT advise to link articles in new ones. This method connects content in our community increasing the value of (older) articles!

Google is one method, but maybe an even better alternative is hive searcher: https://hivesearcher.com/
Just type in the search words and it'll provide links to articles stored on the HIVE chain.
Additional commands can be used, like searching for an article (or comment) from a specific HIVE/LEO user: author:

I like the way you're thinking about this. I have been doing seo since 2008 and I wrote posts about it when nobody cared lol. But I'm glad seo is a topic here because it will eventually work and add value to the entire domain. It's pretty amazing how how the domain authority of steemit.com has been and there is no reason that https://leofinance.io/ can't or won't achieve this. It just takes time and some attention

Next time you remember a fellow Hive user posting about something important drop a link to is/her post in comments of another post. Heck, it could be your post even.
