Increase adoption by increasing the knowledge.

It is easy to see the bull market taking effect in the general public. At work in the past couple of weeks I have had about half of my work colleagues ask my for information about blockchain or crypto. They all know that I am studying it and have an interest in crypto. They don't know the details but it is a young workforce and the majority of them have had some contact with crypto or heard enough to peak their interest.

One of them came to me today after looking into blockchain solutions on youtube and seeing the potential game changer in the future. He wasn't asking about tokens but was asking about the application of the technology. He didn't have a clue that any of this exists. He has never heard of hive and i didn't tell him anything about it other than the fact that it powers apps and lets them use tokens to link to the chain.

He doesn't need to know any more than that for now. I spent three years falling down the rabbit hole to learn as much as i have and it is still only scratching the surface of blockchain technology and crypto.

Leofinance is an information hub.

I did sent him to @leofinance. The same as I sent another dozen people that want to know more about this space.

Go to this site and read the trending authors. See the projects that they are talking about and what is new to the blockchain world. Engage with them and ask them lots of questions about their content. From there you will get some good basics as they know their shit. Then you can keep digging even deeper into crypto.

We might not realize all of the important information that we have gained over the years but anybody who has stuck around has a lot to offer the new people taking their first look.

There is still a huge learning curve for people wanting to get into blockchain technology but we know how to make that easier.

We can show people how to jump certain hurdles. How to join certain projects and how to start looking a bit deeper. Leofinance is a great hub and it's users are a great resource to new people.

It's up to us to present as much useful information as possible and to attract more people here that will read and comment on the content.

Pool our knowledge.

As a community we have a huge amount of knowledge that others will need. Let's make this the go to place for other to start learning and where they can find the answers to their questions.

Every post that we make is an opportunity to bring more people into this space and over time that will filter to more users and higher views on search engines.

The next step for me will be to get projects posting their announcements to the leo site rather than medium. Every project that we can convince to do that will open up the site to thousands of possible users and can get them onto hive without them even noticing. As soon as telos starts making it's announcements through the site, their whole community is exposed to @leofinance, can create an account to comment and might explore other article leading to ad revenue and eyes on hive as that is what the majority of posts are about. If we can start getting more eyes on the eco-system, users and investment will follow. We already know how much potential is here. We just need more people to see that.

Ask me questions.

This goes for new users especially but even for the older ones. If I am writing about any subject then make me work harder.

Ask me anything relevant to the post or anything that you want to know. If it's hive or leo related then i would hope to have the answer. If it is about an outside project then i will go and find it.

A lot of the time I do post general content as my time is limited at the moment but i will try to post more content about specific projects and ideas going forward. Posts about hive, crypto, tech and the small part of it that i know and hope that others will want to know.

We can network our knowledge and reach a lot of new people this year while the markets are pushing them in this direction.

I agree with you completely. It is vital that we not only upgrade the knowledge that we have but also the quality of the posts that we are putting up. We also need to get engagement happening on a much higher level since that also helps to stimulate more engagement.

Newer people should be encouraged to ask questions AND get informative answers from the community.

Absolutely. It's only when I talk to people outside of the community that I realise how much they don't know. The more info that we can put out there and the more knowledge that we can share the better.

We have a great community here and should welcome questions and engagement. I love to see people reading my post and wanting to know more.

It's motivation to us too to keep going and keep posting.
