POINTS can be gifted, but not delegated and that can be done using the drop down arrow beside your POINTS total in your Ecency wallet at ecency.com
You might want to hodl as later this year you may receive Ecency tokens based on the amount of POINTS that you hold.

Yes. POINTS can be used internally at Ecency. They intend to introduce their token later this year.

Not a bad website too, it seems more robust, a bit forgiving and some neat features than Hive.blog. And I know I have been somehow accumulating Ecency points from my Hive meanderings so I better use it more regularly.
