FINANCIAL RITUALS

I'm sure that sounds odd to you right?

It sure sounds odd to me too. Let's not be too odd about it. There are things we can't see and that doesn't mean it's not there.

Either for one reason or the other in most cases I guess. We have pictured ritual in our mind as something negative.
I also believe there are few or the minority who see/knows the positive side of it.

Firstly: What does the word ritual mean?

A ritual is a sequence of activities involving gestures, words, actions, or objects, performed in a sequestered place and according to a set sequence.

I think there's a bit part of you that's now having a positive attitude towards ritual.

If you dont then. Let me take you to the basics.

You and I have a one or two ritual we perform daily/weekly.

For some it's health ritual. As long as you do it often in a specific place or location. it can be tagged as one of your ritual.

We all wake up early in the morning and brush our teeth to stay healthy or have a shower to stay fresh and clean . This is something we do everyday or dont you. In a logical manner according to the definition above, this two perfectly fit in a human daily ritual.

Not to draw unnecessary attention to the post. What i am trying to draw out is a brief description of what the word ritual entails.

To todays blogs. You'll now have a brief understanding or overview of what Financial Ritual is, if you don't fully understand by now.

Financial Ritual

Financial ritual can simply means sequence of actions or activities relating to finance. This is what you do daily to grow your portfolio.

This can be categorized in many ways/types and each ritual with its own purpose

People engage in rituals with the intention of achieving a wide set of desired outcomes.

There are people who desire to be one of the richest people on Earth or even on Mars, when you talk about the likes of elon musk.

In my own opinion There are ways or steps people take to acquire wealth and/or be financially buoyant and stable.

Lets take a look at these process/rituals we all think might work and that are being often done.

• SAVINGS

This i believe is one of the ancient financial ritual perfomed by the majority and its still in existence, just that the rate is declining with time.

This type of daily/weekly/monthly rite/ritual is not the best option nowadays but it was in the past i think.

Elon didn't save his way up to being the richest man neither did Bezos saved his way up with amazon.

This is one of the financial ritual that had existed long ago but doesn't seems to work for majority these days, maybe this is due to the inflation of Fiat or it'll take you alot of time to save up a huge amount of money if you dont have a good cash flow daily or weekly.

Nevertheless, saving is considered the best option for people who love to play it safe

• INVESTING

A very profitable type of Financial Ritual being performed these days if you'll agree with me. Just like growing a seed that will become a great tree and bear fruits in the future.

This type of Financial ritual can also be a perfect and at the same time risky way of acquiring wealth.

Not withstanding, if done perfectly with the right research about what you want to invest in, it can make you a millionaire or even more.

I'll be sure to say this is now a trend in which people follow to grow their wealth and i think its working.

Investing has different categories that can be utilized to create wealth.

Invest can simply mean to allocate money in the expectation of some benefit or returns in the future.

Elon musk didn't become the richest man in a day.

It happened gradually with time

Tesla's stock surged by more than 700% in 2020, making it the world's most valuable automaker by far.

This is a perfect exmple of how little things gets big or bigger. How big things become huge.

There are ways you can invest your money, but the main issue is being consist with your ritual pattern to achieve a great result.

A proper and consistent financial ritual gives birth to financial freedom.

I know there are alot of things or rituals we do to achieve the financial freedom we all seek.

This is just a fragment of the Financial ritual know mostly to man.

There are alot of other activities that entails even greater rewards, but i guess that'll will be all for now.

I'll surely give more detail in my next post to enlighten us more on these financial ritual we can start practicing today.

CONCLUSION

To get the best out of each stated ritual, make your research on whatever it is you're planning to invest in or where to save your money. Do the hard work in finding that Ritual that will work for you and keep up the practice. Consistency with each Ritual is one step closer to Success.
